Once your photoshoot has been planned we send you an invoice, photoshoot begins as soon as you’ve made the payment.

We accept payments by credit/debit cards as well as bank transfers.

Once our proposal has been accepted and paid you may ship your items using one of the major shipping providers. We let you choose the delivery method according to your needs.

Drop-off time: Mon-Fri 10h to 18h

For products that have multiple pieces (chains and pendants) please provide clear indications of which goes with what.
Please make sure that your products do not have significant defects or damages.

For select clients we offer the possibility of bringing our photography studio to your location this is charged additionally and it provides more comfort and control for our clients.

Remote shooting typically costs more than shooting at our studios. We are happy to offer it for select clients / projects.

Any additional post-processing of images, such as file re-formatting, repeating digital backgrounds, complimentary shooting also come at a separate fee.

Shooting begins after payment is received, we offer 2 delivery speeds:

Standard: takes 8 to 10 business days for up to 40 images.

Fast: takes 3 to 5 business days for up to 40 images.

We have an approval process where your images are uploaded to a gallery where you can view, approve or request edits within 10 days after receiving the gallery.

Edit requests received after the 10 days will be processed at an additional rate.
